We provide general foot treatments to our patients addressing issues with nails, corns, and calluses. Patients require these treatments due to diabetes, difficulties performing self-care due to back problems, painful nails, arthritic conditions or fungal infection. We will help our patients with optimal care to get back on their feet. We follow full sterilization procedures and policies according to the college guideline set out by the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.
Orthotics—fitted insoles or footbeds—can be used to support arches, improve foot function, stabilize gait, reduce pain, and correct deformities to treat the conditions such as heel pain / plantar fasciitis, Morton’s neuroma, bunions, and flat feet / high arch feet.
Low Level Laser Therapy
Cold Laser Therapy or Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is a very safe and effective treatment that utilizes specific wavelengths of light to interact with tissue to accelerate the healing process. It can be used on patients to treat a variety of acute or chronic conditions such as heel pain/plantar fasciitis or achilles tendonitis in order to help eliminate pain and swelling, to reduce spasms and to increase functionality.
Injection therapy such as cortisone injections can be used to treat severe plantar fasciitis or Morton’s neuroma or injection of sclerosing agent.
Nail and Wart Surgery
We provide in-office surgical procedures to treat severely or ingrown toenails and resistant warts.
